We can see Itachi's comeback in Naruto Shippuuden 277. He appears with Nagato.

As we can see Tobi is not Madara. Kabuto ressurected Madara. 

Uchiha Sasuke

Sasuke can use power of Itachi. Susano also known as Tempestuous God of Valour is the third ability granted by the Mangekyo Sharingan after awakening Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu in both eyes. 

Let's begin! Sasuke will show his power in the 3rd Ninja War.

Naruto Manga 598 ~Who are you?~

Naruto vs Tobi. Naruto still doesn't know who is Tobi, but in Manga 599 we can see who is Tobi. He is Uchiha Obito former member of Team Minato. Team Minato (Kakashi, Rin, Obito).

Obito Uchiha ~Manga coloured~

Again Uchiha Obito is the former member of Minato's Team. He was chunin-level shinobi from Konohagakure's (Konoha) Uchiha clan. He died when he was young. He eventually became one of the leaders of Akatsuki. He also operated under the name of Uchiha Madara. 

Uchiha Sasuke & Uchiha Itachi ~Best Brother~

In the 3rd Ninja war Sasuke meets Itachi. As we can see Itachi is the best brother. His words ~No matter what happen to you from here on out, i will always love you.....~ I hope after these words Sasuke will left his thought of revenge.
